Our Team
Jose Chavira is an owner at In Town Ventures and a commercial real estate agent with NAI. Born and raised in Walla Walla, he moved to western Washington after high school where he completed his BA at the University of Washington and started his career in real estate. When he isn’t negotiating contracts and business acquisitions, you can find him coaching Wa-Hi football or playing catch with his kids.
Charysa Chavira is an owner and the operations manager at In Town Ventures. Originally from Seattle, she completed her BA at the University of Washington. When she isn’t filling the events schedule, interviewing local businesses, and making sure the office is running smoothly, you can find her brushing up on tax law and chasing after her 3 children.
